Obituary for Lloyd Douglas
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd Douglas announces his passing at the Central Regional Hospital in Grand Falls-Windsor on Friday, November 18, 2022, age 80 years of Hermitage.
Lloyd leaves to mourn his loving family: daughters, Michelle (Robert) at Paradise, Marilyn (William) at CBS, Charmaine (Daryl) at Seal Cove, FB, Melissa (Perry) at CBS and Kristen at St John’s; sons, Kerwin (Nancy) at Edmonton, AB and Terrance at CBS; grandchildren, Nicholas, Rheanna, Mckinley, Kailey, Teagen, Jaxson and Isaac; brothers, Fred (Hazel), Robert (Margaret) and Eric (Cora); sisters, Barbara (Lewis) and Daphne (Douglas); as well as a circle of other family members and friends.
Lloyd was predeceased by his wife, Caroline; parents, Jack and Laura Jean; brother, Maxwell; and sister, Winnifred.
Visitation took place at St. Saviour’s Haven at Hermitage on Saturday, November 19 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and on Sunday, November 20 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Funeral Service was held on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm at St. Saviour’s Anglican Church at Hermitage with Rev. Bruce Vallis officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Hermitage.
