Passed suddenly away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Centre at Grand Falls-Windsor on Sunday, July 11, 2021, Claude John, age 63 years of Conne River.

Claude leaves to mourn his loving family: wife, Yvonne, married 33 years; daughters, Victoria (Matthew McDonald) and Kerri Ann John, all at Conne River; grandsons, Chase, Carter and Kolton; brothers, Edward (Eileen) at Gander, Anthony (Bernice) at St. John’s, Leslie (Laycelyn) at Toronto, ON, Gervaise (Donna), Fabian (Vera), Matthais (Rosemary) and Ferlin (Judy) all at Conne River; mother in law, Agnes Benoit; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Predeceased by his parents, Theresa and Louis John and father in law, Bede Benoit.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 15 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Spencer’s Funeral Home Chapel at Harbour Breton for family and close friends.

Cremation has taken place.

Funeral Service took place at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Father Patrick Ousji officiating.
